Emergency Care
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical situation (including mental health emergencies), call 911 immediately. Emergency care services treat life-threatening medical issues such as threats to your life, limbs, sight, or safety.
Emergency services are not available at the 354th Medical Group. Cell phone 911 calls go to Fairbanks. Please ensure to tell the 911 operator it's an emergency on Eielson AFB, if you are reporting an emergency on Eielson. The nearest Emergency Rooms to Eielson AFB are located at Bassett Army Community Hospital on Fort Wainwright and at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital.
