About Us

The 354th Medical Group provides outpatient managed healthcare for all active duty military members and TRICARE eligible beneficiaries living in the Eielson area. The Medical Group is comprised of two squadrons:
 
The 354th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron includes Warrior Medicine, Dental, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Flight Medicine, Public Health, and Bio-Environmental Engineering.
 
The 354th Healthcare Operations Squadron is made up of Family Medicine, Emergency Medical Services, Immunizations, TRICARE/Patient Admin, Resource Management, Laboratory/Radiology, Pharmacy, Medical Logistics, and Systems.
