The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Physical Therapy

Physical Therapists are movement experts. Their role is to provide in-depth musculoskeletal evaluations and design specific treatment programs tailored to meet your goals. Treatments may include:

  • Deep tissue massage
  • Mobilizations
  • Exercise
  • Manipulations
  • Dry needling
  • Mechanical traction
  • Stretching

Your active duty therapist is the primary line of defense for muscular, skeletal, or neurologic pain. As a trained provider with a Doctoral level of education and board certified in Orthopedics, you do not require a physician’s referral to be seen. The Physical Therapy Clinic offers new evaluations daily with a variety of treatment times. Specialty exams are also available for running form analysis and mobility testing. If you have back, shoulder, or knee pain, the clinic also offers group strength classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the gym. Call today to schedule your appointment.
