Referrals

It takes 24 hours to process an ASAP referral, and seven days to process a routine referral. The referral process can be tracked through the TRICARE West or contact our Referral Office for referral status updates. Once the referral is fully processed, a representative will contact you to ask for additional and specific information in preparation for the upcoming appointment.
